Granddad was a master mechanic and he owned an auto body paint shop. I remember walking around his shop when I was a kid fascinated by all his tools and projects. His creativity existed even when he wasn’t working in there on a project. I remember being alone in his shop and feeling inspired to create art.

Though initially attending college in Detroit for automotive and industrial design, I graduated from Center for Creative Studies with BFA in sculpture and painting in 1996. I moved to New York City to work on a Volvo product launch with Jim Belushi. This project took me on my first visit to Paramount Pictures in Hollywood, CA and gave me a glimpse into my future.

My return to NYC would land me a job on my first independent feature film Restaurant starring Adrian Brody. Soon after, I relocated to Hollywood, CA where I continued my film and art career for the next fifteen years. Working on major film and television shows gave me a unique opportunity to rent my paintings and gain exposure on film and television shows.

In 2013 I moved my family across the country and settled in Sharpsburg, GA where I currently have a wonderful studio on seven acres. I continue to work in the film industry with Marvel at Pinewood Studios in Fayetteville, GA work in my art studio and consistently show my work.

Reviews of my work have been published in Newnan Times Herald, The Citizen, Fayette County News, American Art Collector Magazine, Broward Lifestyles Magazine, Spirit Magazine, The Detroit News, Detroit Monthly Magazine, Ann Arbor News, and The Detroit Metro Times.

My artwork has been featured in Warner Brothers, 20th Century Fox, Paramount Pictures, Touchstone TV, NBC, ABC, CBS and HBO productions, on episodes of Ballers, Navy NCIS, Two and a Half Men, Boston Legal, Dexter, Without a Trace, Heroes and Six Feet Under to name just a few.
